Your role…
As Head of Account Management, you will be integral in designing, delivering, and reporting on the full client journey with ramarketing. Ensuring our account management team is best placed to deliver world-class work against client briefs from contract signature to final invoice.
You will support the account management team across a number of areas…
Leadership
Client relationship management
Account planning/strategy
Budgetary management
Cross-functional collaboration.
You will play a full role in the continued development of the ramarketing account management team, and the full client journey. Identifying process improvements and continuous learning to help perfect and differentiate our client offering.
