Submit your application
Once you submit your application, one of our team will review your details and get back to you within five working days.
First informal chat
If you look good on paper, we'll invite you for an informal chat with the hiring manager. This stage is about getting to know you, your experience and your needs. It also gives you the chance to ask questions and see if we're right for you.
Tasks
Within five working days, you'll hear back from us. If we think we're right for each other, we'll invite you to complete two simple tasks. We don't expect you to spend lots of time on them, it's just to get a feel for your approach and thinking.
Final interview
At this stage, your hiring manager and the Head of People will, together with you, run through your approach to the tasks, and assess your cultural fit with the organisation. They can also answer any and all of your burning questions about what the role entails and what life at ramarketing is like.
Decision time
If for whatever reason, you didn't make it on this occasion we'll let you know and provide feedback. If you're successful, you'll receive a job offer letter and then it's contract time...
