Job Purpose
Our customer insight, strategy, creative, digital, and PR capabilities provide access to innovative, outcome-focused strategic marketing solutions to deliver genuine growth within the life science sector.
We are looking for a results-driven leader to head up our newly integrated Digital Marketing, PR & Media division.
You will lead this newly formed team of specialists to elevate our omnichannel capabilities and expertise and provide operational leadership to ramarketing’s digital marketing, PR & media specialists.
Your role…
As ramarketing’s new Head of Digital Marketing, PR & Media, you will shape and elevate our service offering.
This exciting new role brings together 10 specialists from across our business, including experts in SEO, paid media, PR, and social media. The aim is to create a cohesive and integrated team that embraces delivering data-driven, multi-channel campaigns that generate results for our clients.
As a senior leader within Ramarketing your knowledge and expertise will be key as we develop our talent, expand our capabilities and innovate our Digital, PR & Media service offerings. Your role will be essential to ensuring ramarketing continues to deliver outcome focussed growth strategies within life sciences.
You can expect your day-to-day role to include:
Strategic leadership:
Leading the integration of digital, PR, and media services to create a cohesive and impactful offering
Engaging internal and external audiences by clearly articulating our digital, PR, and media value proposition
Team development
Inspiring and leading a multidisciplinary team of digital marketing and PR professionals, ensuring clarity of roles, priorities, and goals
Working with your team to clarify and enhance our offering in campaign automation, KPI dashboarding, reporting, and CRM optimisation for clients
Client delivery
Providing oversight and guidance for complex client campaigns, proactively identifying risks and opportunities
Serving as the senior client partner for high-profile accounts, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality strategies and execution
In partnership with Client Services, acting as a trusted adviser to clients, offering insights into emerging trends and solutions that add value to their business objectives
Operational excellence
Implementing clear governance and workflows to optimise team productivity and client satisfaction
Partnering with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure resource allocation and utilisation across the capability team
Collaborating with the Head of Technology & Innovation and identifying third-party platforms to integrate AI best practices into workflows, processes, and reporting
Business growth & innovation
Supporting commercial team to convert new business opportunities
Staying ahead of industry trends, exploring new technologies and approaches to enhance the agency’s capabilities
Championing thought leadership, case studies, and industry events

Passion for developing and motivating your teams
Success in digital marketing, PR, and media in a high-growth B2B agency environment
Experience with ABM, CRM, and performance marketing, (ideally via Salesforce, Hubspot, Pardot, or similar) with knowledge in conversational marketing preferable

Our life science sector onboarding is second to none and provides all the training and support needed to support you.
Our subject matter experts and technical leads will be on hand to support you with knowledge gaps and our deep sector training will teach you everything you need to know about the outsourced pharma services world.
This new, key role will be fully supported and championed by the Chief Operating Officer and you will have day-to-day support from other capability leads and Heads of Department, in addition to the team of experienced marketers, digital experts, and PR/media professionals.
