Your Role...
As a Marketing Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with our life sciences clients. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative, results-driven marketing solutions that align with our clients' growth objectives. As an Account Director in our UK team, you will drive client success and business growth. You will be an essential point of contact for our global life science clients, partnering with our team to support ramarketing’s continued growth.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the strategic partner for key clients, ensuring alignment between their business objectives and marketing strategies.
Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans, including digital, content, PR, and design.
Oversee account management for a portfolio of high-profile clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional work that exceeds expectations.
Chair client meetings and workshops, offering senior-level insight and direction to shape marketing efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams (content, digital, PR) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, maintaining world-class standards.
Identify and drive growth opportunities within client accounts, delivering tangible business results and ROI.
Support the development and delivery of proposals and pitches to our life science clients.
Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates to ensure efficient project tracking.

Key Requirements:

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver outstanding results in a collaborative environment.
Experience working within a similar service-based agency environment, with a track record of supporting a client portfolio.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Proven success in managing multiple high-priority projects and delivering exceptional client experiences.
